Shipping policy

All orders are processed within [3-4] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional time for order processing during peak seasons or promotional periods. We primarily use USPS for shipping. We offer the following USPS shipping options: Standard shipping. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your chosen shipping method, destination, and order weight/value. We ship to addresses within the U.S. We do NOT ship internationally. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the USPS website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active. [Duo Decants] is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
